I'm Jo, the person behind the lens

I live IN RUAPUNA, MID-CANTERBURY, NEW ZEALAND. Ruapuna is a farming district situated near the foothills of the southern alps. WE ALSO HAVE A BASE IN MOERAKI OTAGO, NEW ZeaLAND.




I've been taking photo's since I was 10 and got my first polaroid camera. In 2021 I gained my Diploma in Photography.  This revived my love of all things photography and taught me valuable skills that I can use to create outstanding images. I like to think I view things through a unique lens, not just on my camera.

My Approach

My work is an expression of what I am most passionate about: the beauty of nature, people, and capturing those moments that we really want to remember.
